Frequently asked questions.

Q: What is integrative medicine?
Integrative medicine focuses on uncovering and addressing the root cause of your symptoms — instead of just treating them — to promote deep healing and long-lasting health. It’s a personalized approach that considers your lifestyle, biology, and health history, blending conventional and holistic therapies.

Q: Do I need to keep seeing my primary care provider?
Yes — we require that all patients maintain a primary care provider (PCP) for their general health care needs, medications, and any acute health issues. Our practice works alongside your PCP to provide a comprehensive and collaborative approach to your care.

Q: What kind of health issues can you help with?
We specialize in hormone imbalances, chronic fatigue, poor gut health, insomnia, stress, and anxiety — especially in women who feel dismissed by the conventional health care system — but we can address a range of symptoms stemming from underlying dysfunctions in the body.

Q: Do you prescribe medications?
Yes — we may prescribe medication when appropriate and helpful for your healing process. However, we do not discontinue medications you’re already taking; that would need to be done in consultation with your primary care provider.

Q: Why don’t you take insurance?
We do not take insurance because we believe that health care should be patient-centric — not dictated by insurers’ guidelines and limitations. This lets us provide more personalized, comprehensive care without restrictive coverage criteria, ensuring you get the time, attention, and treatments you truly need.

Q: Where do you see patients?
We are currently tele-health only and seeing patients in Florida. Our practice is currently in the process of adding licensure in Arizona, with other states to follow soon — stay tuned for updates!

Q: How can I get started?
Getting started is simple! Reach out to book your initial consultation, and we’ll collaborate on a personalized healing plan that helps you feel your best — naturally and from the root cause.
